		<description>I think you raise some great questions...but I also wonder why the United States is always the first to jump in to situations like this. I know we couldn&#039;t wait to talk about how to solve this problem with other nations, but I think, especially in situations involving other nations, our country takes on negative comments and a negative image.  I heard of one instance already that the French were upset because we would not let some of their planes land at the airport...which the article described as &#039;under US control&#039;...yes, we came in, we responded first and most likely have the best trained individuals to come in and run that airport...but it&#039;s not in our &#039;control&#039;.</description>
